The developer has aimed to create a harmonious blend of modern comfort and respect for the area's historical heritage. The history goes back to the 1800s, when Bjerget was first built on. Most of the farms then had their own names, such as 'Slottet', 'Smia', 'Tolver'n' and 'Ugreigården', which by their names alone set thoughts going about life in the area at that time. The cannons also still stand in the area; they were part of Moss's watch and warning system.

In the same area, close to the cannons, then called 'Branndur'n', a spacious semi-detached house will now be built - one that fits perfectly into the existing environment.
