Our agreement follows Norwegian law and the guidelines of the Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents — and it is easy to understand. We book the surveyor and photographer, gather all documentation and tailor digital marketing to the buyers who fit your home.

Viewing & bidding
As many bidders as possible
Your agent arrives well prepared for the viewing and follows up everyone who has shown interest. During the bidding round you receive every bid by text — or follow along in the ASK app «ASK ME».

Contract meeting
No loose ends
You receive the draft contract and bid log in advance. We go through everything and answer your questions before signing — at the office or by e-signature.

Handover
The keys change hands
Seller and buyer meet at the property. The electricity is read and transferred, the keys are handed over and the handover protocol is signed — on paper or electronically.

Settlement
Safely home
A professional settlement department makes sure every document is correct before registration — and that you receive your money as quickly as possible.
